The wine reveals heaps of blackcurrants, mulberries, preserved plums, dark blue and black fruit with touches
of underbrush, truffles, mossy bark and bay leaves. Very earthy/mineral in the full bodied mouth, it offers firm, ripe and grainy tannins, with great freshness, finishing long, refined and minerally. Straight A-cut, 100% free-run, pure Cabernet Sauvignon that would impress Bacchus himself.

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 23 months in 75% new French oak, is deep garnet-purple colored with lovely cassis, black plums, earth, cedar, tobacco and bay leaves with menthol hints. The palate is full-bodied, firm, grainy and super intense with layers of black fruit and a long minted finish. 300 cases produced.
