Balanced and refined Grand Millésime with very fine effervescence. Freshness and minerality are given pride of place and magnified by the extreme finesse of the Chardonnay grape variety, which is the majority of the blends. On the nose, as soon as it opens, we find the burst of roasted aromas (hazelnut, toast), accompanied by subtle notes of barley sugar. On the palate, a great generosity is expressed. Intense brioche and tarte tatin flavours are expressed in a full and harmonious mouthfeel.
