Unfined and Unfiltered. Three clones of Pinot Noir are used for this cuvee: 777, 115, and Pisoni. Each acts as a different member of a band. Triple-7 brings the bass and thunderous dark tones, 115 provides the rhythm of structure and tannin along with a lighter fruit touch, finally Pisoni is the lead guitar with Derek Truck-esque solos of long fruit, bright flavors and aromas and plenty of excitement.
