The flagship 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon ERA checks in as 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot, and the rest Malbec that spent 20 months in 70% new French oak. A gorgeously pure nose of cassis, blueberries, violets, tobacco, and sandalwood give way to a perfectly balanced, full-bodied, layered 2019 that has great tannins, ample mid-palate depth, and a great, great finish. This classic Napa Valley Cabernet does everything right and never puts a foot wrong, showing fabulous complexity, perfect balance, solid structure, and the class to evolve for 30 years or more. 900 cases.

A bold, beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller amounts of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec, this is a serious, structured and complex wine. Mostly barrel-fermented and given 20 months in mostly new oak, it is rich, velvety and earth, with hints of dried herb, sage, cedar and tobacco that build around a core of black cherry and plum.
