We carefully selected and planted the site with three premium "Dijon" clones of Burgundian origin. Each clone contributes unique character and strength to the blend and the trio delivers the perfect complement for our program. Clone 115 (northeast block) brings complex, big fruit character with powerhouse structure, and multi-layered texture; Clone 667 (southeast block) provides rich, black fruit flavors, spicy notes, great palate weight, and completeness; Clone 777 (northwest block) delivers a big bang of lush, seductive aromatics, open approachability, and wildly intense fruit concentration. True to their esteemed origin, these ethereal Pinot Noirs reveal the amazing synergy that exists between the winemaker, the vineyard, and the forces of nature.
