Flat Rate Shipping
Place an order of at least 6 bottles with a total value of at least $275 (mix and match ok) and your shipping will be reduced to $9.99 to anywhere we ship ($9.99 for up to 12 bottles. Additional $9.99 for over 12 bottles). Unfortunately, the website is currently unable to process the reduced shipping. We are working on it. In the meantime, please place an order as you normally would. When we receive the order, we will manually reduce the shipping to $9.99 and send you a revised receipt. Thank you for understanding.
Store Pick Up

This is actually a Warehouse and not open to the public. However, with a prior appointment, your order may be picked up at the Warehouse between 9am -5pm Monday through Friday. After ordering, please contact us for pick up appointment.
* You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Gino Vino that you are at least 21. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will NOT be left. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping Wine in Cold or Warm Weather
Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping at no additional cost.
Carrier and Delivery Times
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
We use the following shipping methods:
CA,WA,OR,NM,NV, ID and AZ- GSO 1 to 3 business days
All other States: Not yet. In the process of setting up accounts with UPS, UPS Ground 2 to 7 business days

Title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
All orders will be confirmed via e-mail and processed within 1 business day. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order. You will be promptly notified by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping. During times of bad weather, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid spoilage.
Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
Shipping and Handling Costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.
The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
