The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is blended of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11.5% Cabernet Franc, 8.5% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot. It's deep purple-black in color and comes bounding out of the glass with vibrant black cherries, blackcurrants and warm plums scents followed by hints of tobacco, charcuterie, tapenade and lavender. Medium-bodied with a good intensity of uncomplicated black fruits, it has a chewy backbone and succulent finish.
