The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Cairo shows a more powerful, structured side of Oakville. Beams of supporting tannin and overall structure give the Cairo an attractive element of brightness that perks up the red cherry fruit and mineral notes. As opposed to most of these 2016s, the Cairo needs a few years to be at its best.
