The 2012 Quilceda Creek Galitzine Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Red Mountain AVA. The Galitzine Vineyard is a partnership between our family and the Holmes family of the highly acclaimed Ciel du Cheval Vineyard. The 2012 displays incredible depth, with aromas and flavors of dark black fruits, ginger, soy, smoke, vanilla and minerals. Aged in 100% new French Oak for 20 months, it is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon from Galitzine Vineyard and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon from Wallula Vineyard, for additional complexity and dimension.
