(L0405T): Light yellow. Intensely perfumed, complex bouquet evokes fresh pear, quince, orange zest, lemon and chalky minerals, plus a subtle note of toasty lees. Stains the palate with spicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors and picks up smokiness with air. Finishes long and focused, with persistent floral and spice notes.
