Ripe nectarine and melon flavors are backed by a firm spine of acidity in this graceful blanc de blancs. It's plush and creamy in texture, with accents of smoked almond, candied ginger, preserved lemon and spun honey riding adding complexity to the juicy fruit profile. Disgorged January 2021. Drink now through 2024.

Pure Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Oger, this wine is creamy and ripe. It also has a chalky mineral mouthfeel that keeps it crisp and tight. With its grapefruit and white stone fruit flavors, it's both fruity and textured. Let it age a few months and drink from 2018.

The NV Blanc de Blancs shows the more powerful side of Chardonnay in its overall intensity and broad-shouldered frame. Scents of chamomile, lemon oil, white flowers, mint and pastry find resonance on the palate, where the wine offers crystalline purity and tons of energy. Vibrant and pulsating, the Blanc de Blancs is a compelling Champagne to drink now and over the next few years.

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs flows with the essence of lemon, white flowers, almonds and pears. It is a bright, focused wine backed up with considerable plushness and generosity in its fruit. The Blanc de Blancs should drink beautifully for a number of years. This is Lot # L-0405T. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014.

(L0405T): Light yellow. Intensely perfumed, complex bouquet evokes fresh pear, quince, orange zest, lemon and chalky minerals, plus a subtle note of toasty lees. Stains the palate with spicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors and picks up smokiness with air. Finishes long and focused, with persistent floral and spice notes.
