Firm and focused, this mouthwatering rosé is lightly chalky in texture, with an integrated range of white peach, pink grapefruit sorbet and blanched almond. A briny hint of oyster shell cleans the lingering finish. Disgorged September 2018. Drink now through 2022.

Bright, mineral-inflected aromas of strawberry, raspberry and white flowers. Elegant, precise red fruit flavors pick up richness and power with air, taking a turn to cherry while retaining vivacity. A zesty and refreshingly bitter note of blood orange defines the long, sappy, stony finish. The blend of richness and energy here is impressive.

The NV Rosé is a very pretty, inviting wine. Silky in feel, with lifted, floral aromatics, Hebrart's Rosé is delicious on its own, but also has the pedigree to drink beautifully at the dinner table. The suave, silky style is especially inviting. The blend here is 55% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 7% still Pinot. Dosage is 6.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: September 13, 2018.

The NV Brut Rose is a fairly taut, energetic wine that impresses for its length and fine overall balance. Cool, chalky notes frame sweet red berries, flowers and mint in this pure, impeccable Champagne. The blend is 47% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir and 7% Pinot Meunier, from vineyards in Mareuil sur Ay, vintages 2008 (47%) and 2007 (53%). Dosage is 7.2 grams per liter. Disgorged May 3, 2011. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014.
